Week 9: Irish Roots & Chinese Vegetables

As an early St. Patrick's Day celebration, I spent my Monday night at an Irish bar drinking whiskey with Bushmills master distiller. He had flown in from Ireland and had an impressive repertoire of toasts to go with each different whiskey we tasted. My favorite was the 10 year old variety which was apparently voted best in class by some alcohol judging board no one's ever heard of.
