Apparently to get ahead in the workplace as a woman I need to find good mentors. A former Nickelodeon executive talked about her career and how show makes mentor-seeking girls find her in Central Park on her morning walk to chat. Being able to make ridiculous demands like that is now my main motivator to climb that corporate ladder.
