Ann Shoket, the former editor of Seventeen magazine, hosted a panel of inspiring women working in NYC. They had a wealth of advice on staying focused, being a good boss, and even some dating tips. The personalities were big, but the cupcakes were small. I'm still holding out hope that someday I will encounter a feminist event that is brave enough to serve full size cupcakes.
